Hackenberg is terrible. Poor decisions on throws then when he did get the Eagles in scoring position he didn’t scramble out of bounds to stop the clock. Miliata looks pretty good against who he’s going against but I think the Eagles still keep him on the 53 to prevent other teams from grabbing him.
