ha. when i told my girlfriend early in the week that i was worried about a lightning delay, she asked me, incredulously, "do they not have lightning rods?!?!"

yeah, i'm just gonna guess that it's not worth risking that they're 100% reliable.

We're just on the edge of the canopy and barely get wet, if ever. This time I was also thinking THAT thing would have taken a lighting hit WAYYYYY before us.

Oh another note...I do admit, however, the site of incoming flights every 90 seconds gives me the 9/11 yips at times....
