Question for the law guys! Business

If you are a general partner in a company, and the account mang is not willing to deal with you...Can you under the law; as a general partner request Bank Statements...or through court hearing gain access to the bank accounts?

Not a lawyer but have worked with plenty of LLC's over the last 8 years, if you are listed on the bank account or on the articles of incorporation you can access the account.

Yes then you take those articles to the bank and you are good to go.
