    ...Eagles lost some players in the offseason, didn’t adequately replace them, and other teams got better. Additionally, there is a reason Super Bowl teams don’t repeat: hubris and complacency. It’s proven out almost every year.

    What important players did they lose? Maybe Blount and Robinson. I don't see the big deal there. Complacency I can agree with.

      Losing Beau and Curry was a bigger deal than people think. Shvanz's D doesnt work unless he can rush 4 and consistently get to the QB. That hasnt happened yet this season.

      Has Ngata done anything this year? Bennett looked good in the first Q

        You may be right on Blount and Robinson. However, maybe they didn’t take into consideration that the game isn’t played in a vacuum; other teams did get better.
