Did they Eagles play bad YES, but like you said the called and uncalled penalties killed them in the 2nd half. Why was the flag picked up on Wentz being hit after he slid, their answer NO Targeting the head, does not matter if they targeted the head, if a QB slides you cannot touch him, this guy speared him.
