Brett Brown's preseason forecast of "experiencing some pain" has certainly come true. What exactly is going wrong on the defensive end, who's to blame and how can the Sixers get better?

A lot of good video clips. Bottom line: Really struggling with switches in their new scheme. People missing assignments or reacting too slowly. Should improve with time (hopefully).
