    Jernigan cleared to return

Defensive tackle Tim Jernigan took part in his first practice of the 2018 season on Monday as the Eagles returned from the bye week by conducting a walkthrough at the NovaCare Complex.

Jernigan, who is on the Reserve/Non-Football Injury list, can participate in practice for the next 21 days. The Eagles can place Jernigan on the 53-player active roster at any point during this three-week window. At its conclusion, the Eagles have to either put Jernigan on the active roster or he stays on the Reserve/Non-Football Injury list for the remainder of the season.
This is basically it's own acquisition. Huge

awesome. for a few weeks, we basically had fletcher cox a few borderline NFL talents at DT. now with jernigan and ngata back this DL can dominate, even without barnett.

      This is great news

Will really notice near the end of games ...extra curve balls to throw at opposing O-lines means fresher legs.
