Wentz's timing is still a little off but I'm not joking when I say that if Gomer doesn't get legit help (Duce and Groh ain't it) he will become Mike McCarthy ... wasting the career of a great quarterback.

Wow, you are joking aren’t you? The guy’s got BETTER numbers than last season. He doesn’t call the plays. Did you see the pass he completed when first his arm was hit, then his wrist, then he was going down?

I won’t even say W*ntz’s full name anymore. I’m disgusted.

Flacco won a Super Bowl. This guy hasn’t even won a playoff game.

Dude you are talking about guys who were borderline starters and posted bad numbers even for the early 2000s. If you just fix the running game, he'll look like an MVP again.

    You're acting like he's Flacco.

They need to make plans to win in spite of him like the Bucs did with Brad Johnson and the Ravens did with Trent Dilfer. Bolster the lines. Fix the D and the running game, and he’ll resemble a competent QB.

But when he played a full season and started every game he failed

so go away with that Nick Foles nonsense

I thought that unlike against Tennessee and Carolina, he did what he needed to do. And then the defense got gashed. He outplayed Dak but got 100 fewer rushing yards of support.

The 3rd and 2 play to Clement was awful but any capable RB cuts that inside.

I’m sad about it. I thought this was the guy that would prove red in the head wasn’t as good as dead. But all that hope was wasted.

    Troll past, yeah?

In a vacuum I don't think Wentz could have played the SB that Foles did. But I know they wouldn't have even made the playoffs last year with Foles starting from day 1. He was playing with way more of something than Wentz will ever have - house money.

At this point Wentz is at risk of becoming a great QB who gets blamed for everything due to personnel issues.
