Interesting commentary on Reich vs Groh around the 26:30 mark of this podcast. Groh apparently is extremely low energy. Consensus is that Groh must go.

No matter what happens, playoffs or not, I think he gets fired or demoted at the end of the season. Pederson axed Greg Lewis after one year and I think the same happens here.
