but I expected a blowout yesterday. Josh Johnson at QB... no Swearinger ... depleted OL, we had the home field advantage. Washington ranks number 1 with more players on IR than any team in the NFL

In fairness though, the Eagles have the most players on IR than any team in the playoffs and rank number 10. That says a lot about the Eagles depth, coaching etc.

What a strange, year but it’s been a good year thus far!

They shut them out. Shutouts have been rare over the years. 24-zip is a solid win.

I agree it was a solid win and no matter the circumstances, shutouts are rare. I didn’t think we would lose, but 10-0 at half? It certainly added to the stress of watching 3 games at the bar simultaneously. I think the Eagles players feel good about the win and that’s a great thing going into the week.

The NFL seems to be about matchups. Division matchups can be tough. Just look at yesterday: Cleveland almost beat the Ravens; Pittsburgh squeaked out a win against the Bengals; and the Giants almost beat Dallas. All of those games went down to the wire.

They were running really long drives...19 plays 12 minutes for the first TD in 1st half is just ridiculous. Overall TOP was around 45-15...that is domination...the closest the skins came to the red zone was the 32, where they turned it over on downs...nah...it was a slow burn blowout if you ask me.
