Saw they signed that pitcher from the Yanks, but any word on Machado/Harper? Not seeming like they will land either one...

Love this move. He's the steadiest hand of the group and the healthiest. Can't reach the levels of Miller or Britton but a better risk for the pen, IMO.

They're going to go the highest on machado and/or harper. I'm beginning to think they might get both, but that's still a pipe dream right now. I'm fairly confident they'll land one.

They are now $58,000,000 under the luxury tax cap. They will get one of them, but probably not both. After they sign Machado or Harper they will probably use most of thr rest of the cap space to sign Keuchel.

They will have a contending roster by Opening Day. One could argue they already have one with the additions of Segura and McCutcheon, along with the significantly strengthened bullpen.
