There is a very good chance that this becomes litigated and I am almost certain that I will be on the winning side of it as the grounds for termination were never even ever documented most likely due to the manager being a complete and udder ignoramus, incompetent, insecure, illiterate, and indecent in how the firing was executed without written HR approval.
