I find this interesting as they did not bring him up from the practice squad during the season when they needed an RB late in the season. Instead they signed Boston Scott off waivers.

You would think if they had any confidence in Pumphrey they would have promoted him at that time. He must know the offense.

Didn’t get that pick. It was a let’s-win-the-draft pick from the old days, IMO. (I just realized that this thread makes me want to think about the draft. Thank God for that SB, IE. I will always be super grateful for that).
