Although in his last outing Arrieta admitted he felt kinda bad and was short-arming it.

However, he's actually 'looked' very good by most accounts. a lot of movement and he seems comfortable/healthy. I think the phillies are comfortable seeing what they've got and testing the trade market if they have to.
