According to ProFootball Talk (t.v. show), the Eagles proposed to the league that all scoring plays and turnovers negated by a foul be subject to automatic review.


This was my favorite: They proposed that the Cowbitches and Lions have to play on the road every other year on Thanksgiving. Having a home game on a short week is an advantage.
