There is a problem with this, not saying he did not do it or say it. The NFL and authorities closed the case on this, also this is a illegal recording which if he even has a SHIT lawyer will get tossed.

They can re-open a case and your comment regarding it being an illegal recording is false. Different states have different laws so it depends on where the recording was made. One person even suggested the recording was made in Dubai which creates other complexities. That being said not the easiest road for a criminal case but seems like a charge them both and lets make a deal kind of thing. On the recording she all but admits to lying to the police to help him.
