McNabb is 1B. Very good, but not elite.

Matthew Stafford is a 1B. So is Matt Ryan. Guys at this level are starters for a decade or more, but never quite get over the hump.

I think Wilson will get in. Probably wouldn't if he retired today, but with a few more seasons as his current self and/or another deep postseason run and he's in.
