According to NFL Network they are. But I don't understand that given that the Birds and they have the same record and we own the tiebreaker over Green Bay. I don't think the two teams have played any other common opponents thus far. Not that I am obsessing, I was just surprised when I heard that on NFL Total Access tonight.

After head to head, the tiebreaker is record within the division, which they have by way of playing 1 more game(2-0 > 1-0).
