        He might actually be the slowest. Nope. Looked it up. Riley Cooper was a tenth of a second slower. Jackson, Maclin, Avant, and the new tall guy are all faster.
        He may have the second slowest 40 time, but he doesn't play slow. No one gets in the NFL at 5'8 by playing slow. Anyway, all I was trying to say is that the Eagles are not past having a tiny person on the team.
