Those old connecting wall buildings are dangerous as hell once you start taking them down, we had a dilapidated building here in town that needed to come down, right next to one of mine.
Contractor came in an said no problem taking out the ONE building, by the time they were done they had to drop THREE buildings. You can't believe how unstable they become on their own.Comment
