Supposedly caused by an explosion of some kind? Hope the city dwellers/workers are staying safe up there.

Was at 22nd and Market. Not the greatest block in center city. Sounds like it could be a natural gas explosion. Hope nobody was killed or injured.

Edit-- Ughh. There are reports that 8-10 people could be trapped. Apparently a building on the block was under construction.

Just checked it out -- they've got it blocked off, so can't see too much, but a big pile of rubble.

Wasn't this the location of the creepy old adult theater?

            There was porn shop

Porn shop next to old parking garage place and 4 story building. Used to look right at the back of the place out my office window on 21st street.

They Announced A Few Minutes Ago 1 Dead, 13 Injured

They're trying to shore up a wall so they can dig through the rubble to see if anyone else is trapped or if there are any more fatalities.

You're lucky you're you -- if you were anybody else I would be pissed right about now and would have a few choice things to say.

Those old connecting wall buildings are dangerous as hell once you start taking them down, we had a dilapidated building here in town that needed to come down, right next to one of mine.

Contractor came in an said no problem taking out the ONE building, by the time they were done they had to drop THREE buildings. You can't believe how unstable they become on their own.
