Exactly. He was a want-to-be asshole that was getting his ass kicked so he decided to use deadly force... let's get real... that fuckin' KID wasn't going to kill him.

You want to carry a gun and play Cops and Robbers than fine, but using deadly force should have consequences.... I'm tired of walking through all of the law bullshit... let's talk some common sense and discuss why and how the current laws failed us.

The guy followed someone briefly so he deserved to get his ass kicked? He also said Martin told him his was going to die tonight. The fact that Martin circled around and came back for a confrontation tells me he was serious.

Zimmerman didn't brandish his gun while following him. Martin had 4 minutes of no interaction to make a decision to leave but he didn't. Certainly doesn't mean he deserved to die but he made a bad decision to attack someone just for following him.

It's not his place to be an aggressor by following someone at night with a gun because he wants to curb criminal activity in the area, especially when told not to by a trained 911 operator. I said earlier in this thread that i wouldn't be comfortable with someone untrained policing my neighborhood, and he definitely did not need to get out of the car when a conformation could happen knowing he had a gun. In the end i feel it was self defense but i wish he could be held accountable for some kind of negligence.

I'm definitely sensitive that this is being made into a race issue when i just don't see it.

I'm a bit of a hot head, I understand Martin going back because he felt someone was following him for no reason. But if he punched the guy and got on top of him there is no way you can say he wouldn't have tried to kill him. Or at least no way you can say Zimmerman didn't think he was going to kill him.

You're right though, Zimmerman definitely didn't have to get out of the car, especially when he knew he had gun. In fact he probably wouldn't have gotten out of the car if he didn't have the gun. Does not mean it wasn't self defense though. He wasn't the aggressor in the physical aspect of the case.

Personally i don't like Zimmerman at all. Getting out of his car put him in a situation where he had to use his gun. He knows he has a gun and still went in like it was some kind of game. I get it, it's an asshole move. I like him even less that he got out like he was a cop but let a skinny kid kick his ass then screamed like a girl. It was a tragic situation set up by a lot of bad decisions. Most of them by the guy who lived.

I can't say for sure, I'm just speaking about what I think.

This guy is not proper trained by authorized law enforce to confront people about criminal activity carrying a gun at night. It's a recipe for a disaster.

The law is the law. I get it that part.

I think deep inside we all know this fucker needs to pay retribution. The law isn't perfect... that's all.
