Here's how I think the QB thing is going to go

I was on the fence on this but I think there is something to Chipper being enamored with Vick. All off season we were hearing that he isn't going to run the Oregon offense here but every indication I've read is that the Oregon offense is exactly what they are practicing.

Vick clearly fits that best of all the QB's on the roster. And I have to admit that i'm curious to see him run it too. While Foles hasn't looked like he sucks, he doesn't look the second coming of any great QB either.

I'm thinking the season is going to start off with Vick, Foles, Barkley. No telling how far into the season Vick can get, but I think it's his job to lose. Foles isn't going to take it from him unless Vick hands it over with shitty play. A distinct possibility, but it is equally possible that the light turns on for Vick like it did in 2010.

Let's face it, the Vick of 2010 is the only outside chance that the birds have to return to winning 9+ games. Which might be enough to win this sad sack division.

edited to add that I'd be surprised if Barkley plays any better than the USC QB's in the NFL who preceded him.

The Oregon offense, as it translates to the NFL, is centered around accuracy and quick decisions. Of the 3 main QBs Vick is the worst at that..
