    Negative

    We keep them compliant

Also they actually pay their taxes which is a good thing

1099 vs W2 classifications are some the biggest offenders

Yeah, google and ge are compliant too

It's fine to like what you do and I respect it, but your company does what any legitimate business tries to do. Save money

ADP pays their taxes and their employees well

We are one of the companies left that have a AAA credit rating

You won't see ADP hiding money in offshore accounts

I guarantee your company doesn't pay a dime more under the tax code than it has to. I'm sure it takes advantage of every deduction, credit and shelter available. I don't know of any company that plays Robin Hood when it comes to taxes.

Never said they didn't, why do you think in in MAUI

                Tax write off all day

This company knows the tax code inside and out

My point was we are not blatantly stashes billions in offshore accounts

How do you know that? Have you examined the books and tax filings? 10.6 billion in revenue in 2012. Wonder what your company's effective tax rate was. I'm only messing with you because you seem to think the large corporation you work for is somehow different from other large corporations with shareholders to answer to when it comes to paying - or not paying - taxes.

Here's the thing if they were to do shady biz like Exxon and Google etc, then we would lose our 500,000 plus clients and 57,000 employees

You can help business stay compliant with tax filing then shelter taxes offshore as risk losing your credit rating and reputation

But to your point, no I don't and can't fully know

                        Long story short:

Payroll services are extremely profitable because of the tax code and most companies can't afford a full -time tax lawyer to finger it out.

So they pay ADP (and others) handsomely to do it for them

Hmm... 34% effectve tax rate on $10 billion doesn't sound like a fair share

Look up Exxon BP Mobile and tell me who cheats

Come on 34% is a higher percent then most companies pay

Real money is in the float

                              Just a great business model

                                Yeah I know - ours is ~ 32%

Just don't understand why lefties think the top 1% of earners paying 36% aren't paying their fair share, yet corporations making billions paying even less are... does not compute!
