Anybody with eyes can understand the fascination. If he were more consistent and injury free, he would have been one of the greatest of all time.
The victories and trophies would have followed.

Injuries were not his biggest downfall Poor vision and a powerfull yes but inaccurate arm were his biggest detriments.

Had he learned to be a passer who happened to have incredible athletic ability from an early age he could have been great. But in many ways his greatest gift ended up his biggest detriment.

This poster is clearly an illiterate clown, but maybe there are people from Newport News or who went to VA Tech or who just liked watching him play. Vick sucks, and I certainly wasn't ever a "fan" outside of cheering for him to win games as my team's QB, but he wouldn't be the first player to suck and still have fans.
calling him a Dog killer and discussing his quarterback ability makes me a racist. LMAo what a line of bs

Oh a Mcnabb lover. I see because I also pointed out how chasing dog toys in Arizona rather than staying in Philly to work on being a better qb showed how McNabb wasted the talent he was given. Because years before most I pointed out his flaws and how they would never win with him makes me a racist. Amazing stuff here.

Look I am far from a racist. I dont care if the player is purple if he has the talent and comes works on his craft and plays hard the results follow.

Neither McNabb or Vick both who had great ability did that. It is a shame. Results were the similar with McNabb having that one big season with a stacked team.

Sorry great qbs have what it takes in the belly. They are leaders. that are the first to practice the last to leave. They work all season on one thing being a better qb. from working on better foot work to working with their wr. to watching tape after tape of their play and opposing teams.

Mcnabb and Vick great physical ability wasted because both were lazy fucks. Now call me a racist again you fool.

I have no allegiance to any QB. I appreciated everything Donovan did while here, but was never a diehard McNabb supporter. I think Vick sucks. I'm not sold on Foles.

For once, I want the convo of "who's the better QB" to actually involve a better QB.

Donovan had his faults but how can you say he didn't play hard? Since Vick got to Philly all people talked about was how he's worked harder than ever before. How do you know Foles is the first and last to practice?

Would it be inappropriate to point out that you criticized Donovan for working out in AZ and then go on to say a "leader" should spend time becoming a better QB and working with his WRs. I guess the Eagles WRs that used to go out and train and run routes with Donovan don't count.

Out of McNabb, Kolb, Vick and Foles, you've loved two and hated two. There's been a theme to your love and your hate. You just said Donovan and Vick were lazy and didn't watch tape (or implied that they did and we're too dumb to understand it).

Vick and McNabb= Dumb and lazy. You're a real winner.

I loved donovan... he's probably my favorite eagle. Goofy as fuck... but in my lifetime... no qb eagles qb was better. Yes...I saw cunningham... McNabb was better.... all day.

Like I said, I was never a Donovan "supporter." That means, I hated his antics, I didn't have the utmost confidence in him in pressure situations and I wasn't heartbroken when he left.

That being said, I wasn't a hater either. I can realize and admit that the guy definitely won a lot with very little and he was the best Eagles' QB we've had in a long long time and still is the best.

Also, I'd like to personally shut the Pandora's Box I opened with that clown Iowa. His bias is clear to all and I'm tired of discussing race with him. I recuse myself from the discussion.

His biggest downfall will always be intelligence and decision making. You have to be at least football smart to play in today's NFL but now you have to be actually smart to succeed at QB and Vick isn't. After over a decade of being around the sport at a truly competitive level he still does the same bone-headed sh*t not even some rookies do. It's mind numbing and I don't know how people like 3&I and Maniac can tolerate it.

You are seen as a racist because just about only a racist could not see that Donovan McNabb carried that fucking offense (with a little help from Westbrook) until Owens got there.

                            Dog toys?

                            Who gives a shit?

He was Michael fucking Jordan and the assholes who ran the team took too long to get Pippen ... and then they got the mental version.

Vick is a totally different player than McNabb.

Unless you're using a particular criteria to lump them together.
Obscenity is the last refuge of an inarticulate motherfucker.

                              Except Westbrook carried McNabb.
