Sober followup
I have had some time to think about it.
Passer rating is a garbage stat that rewards scared cowardly play. If you would rather take a bad sack than throw an incomplete pass, your passer rating will be sky high but you will not be helping the team. If you are unwilling to take shots down field and rely exclusively on screens hat everyone now knows is coming, you are not going to win against playoff caliber defenses.
Nick Foles does not suck, he is an average qb in a great system that takes no risks. Th question is, can this team win a Superbowl with a qb that takes no risks and can easily be shut down.
To address the "he scored the go ahead td" nonsense. Foles piss poor play the vast majority of the game is the reason they were in that hole. Foles 3 and outs were the reason they were in that hole. The defense was gassed in the 4th quarter because Foles had so many 3 and outs forcing them to be out there all night.
Enjoy the empty stats, I hope it makes you feel better.

And if he was half the quarterback you want to believe he is they would not have been in that whole to begin with. You can't ignore the entire rest of the game which lead to the position because it suits your agenda.
His stats are empty.

This is from NFL.com

"3. Philadelphia quarterback Nick Foles saved one of his worst games for last. Once again, his stat line (23-for-33 passing, 195 yards through the air, 2 TD passes) looks better than he played. He struggled to pull the trigger on a number of throws and held the ball too often."
This is pretty much exactly what I have been saying, I guess it isnt just me, enjoy the empty stats.

You're right. I think bringing in Josh McCown and Chad Henne would be a good start. We could let them duke it out to see who wants it more. I know Tebow is with ESPN now but maybe we could coax him out if retirement and use him as a compliment to a Henne type to mix things up?!
Or better yet, maybe we could trade for Flacco and just take up the 120million dollar contract. I'M sure he could get his INT's down to a more manageable 20-25 next year with better receivers.
You know what, just STFU!!!!!!!!

For most of the season he has thrown his QBs open he has put the ball into tight windows and he has put his ball up and let his receivers go get it. Yes he needs to develop the clock and know when to throw it away but I would MUCH rather him take a sack then throw a stupid pass.
For a QB having less then 20 starts in the NFL he has done damn good. He has room to improve like any young QB.

Interceptions happen, you will never be championship caliber if you cannot take risks.

He has ZERO clutch in him, he is a shitty Tony Romo, enjoy that. Vick is NOT the answer, neither is he.
That being said, Chung and Henery need to be cut immediately.
Foles has room to improve but he had one of the best seasons of a first year starter there has ever been. Just about everyone of the "Greats" had much much worse seasons in their first year starting.

Go back and watch the games and then I will be waiting for your apology.
