Foles didn't pass him the ball. DJax seems to be too fast for Foles arm. A lot of his catches this year was stop, turn around and jump. Unless he was left wide open because a defender fell down.


Foles needs to throw it early and let Djax run underneath it.

Foles isn't perfect. But I'm happy with him as the future of the Eagles. Not turning the ball over is huge. He had a shit sack yesterday, but I'd take that fuckup over a Vick fumble in the redzone.

Um.....Foles doesn't throw to anyone unless they are wide open. He takes no risks. Throwing to someone who is double covered every play is a risk and Foles takes no risks.

I agree with you and think Foles can be the guy. I just want him to take more chances to a guy like Jackson. Thats really it, I don;t know if this is something coaching can fix. It makes me think of Jayson Werth in Washington. Jayson Werth was a numbers machine and his stats were inflated to a great degree because of his walks. The problem was for a long time if the ball wast a fastball down the middle, he would rather strike out looking at hope for he walk. The stats looked better but the team would have been better off with him swinging at some of those hittable pitches.

Against the Giants he dropped it in right over the defends head to celek for a TD. Again against the giants he threw DJax open for a TD . Against Tampa Bay he dropped it in over the defender for a TD to Cooper. The Green Bay pass to Cooper he threw it to a spot for Cooper to go get it. Against Arizona he dropped it into Djax along the sideline. Arizona he put it into a tight window to Ertz... just to name a few.

55 yd TD pass to Jackson against GB when he was double covered
37 yard pass to Celek last week against the Cowboys
10 yard TD pass to Cooper last night and he wasn't exactly wide open

Well, covered or open, he didn't throw the ball toward Jackson the entire first half. Jackson didn't disappear so much as apparently the plays called weren't for him. That's what this thread was supposed to be about.

When he started throwing toward the playmaker, the playmaker made plays. It's on the coaches if Jackson was a non-factor.
