It might be better to just turn the page and let the team be terrible for a couple of years, but on the other hand if the team stays healthy for a while they might be able to keep it interesting. Of course this news comes out at the same time it turns out Hamels' is going to miss at least a few starts...Comment

I can't stand that overpaid underachieving piece of shit! The Blue Jays signed him to a big contract about 8 years ago that was undeserving. He then bolted when he had his option to the Skankees in 08 and won a world series. I can't cheer this signing or this fucking douche bag at all. I will never understand this mentality. They have a talented nucleus. If they remain healthy there's no reason it cant be a very entertaining beisbol season in South Philly.
