My diet -- I work my ass off, I'm too tired to eat much when I get home, I lose weight. It works.

It's broscience, bro. Fred Flintstone had this diet thing all figured out way back in paleo times.

John Erlichman, one of President Richard Nixon's closest aides, has admitted America's "War on Drugs" was a hoax designed to vilify and disrupt "the antiwar left and black people" when it was launched in 1971.

Unsprouted grains have enzymes that interfere with digestion. I could link to papers proving as much, but how bout you just take my word for it instead?

I feel way better when I have my 4 cans of Sprite a day than when not. Healthy eating is stupid.

That article is so full of misinformation that it's hardly worthy of discussion.

MOST Scientific Studies Are Worthless For One Big Reason

Wait a month or two or three and somebody else will come out with a counter study that says exactly the opposite.

That's not the case with every one, but it's happened time after time over the years. You need some mighty hard facts to support your position, or sure as water is wet, somebody will come along to "prove" you're wrong.

This debate is a classic example of the theory.

...I just want to go on record as stating that if the veal chop parmesan on the bone from Chef Vola's takes five years off my life, it was still worth it.
