I've been saying this in every thread on the subject. If he doesn't change his diet, I doubt Diggle will make it to 50. He'll have developed abs, but he'll be dead.
Nobody should consider a diet healthy, that humans were eating at a time when very few lived longer than 30 years.
Refined carbs, like candy, soda, and cookies, and refined breads, pastas, and rice, should be eliminated. Not whole grains, fruits, and vegetables rich in complex carbs. As most grandmothers have said for decades -- All things in moderation!
As always -- the best advice is to stay away from the middle aisles of the grocery store. Real food doesn't come in boxes.Last edited by The Ref; 02-28-2014, 01:33 PM.

As for cutting out candy and soda, great, you will lose weight and be healthy but what is the point of even living if you can't have candy and soda?
Dieting is the gayest thing ever. People should just embrace being fat and sickly.

Moderation is the point. I haven't drank a soda in years. I'll eat a bite of chocolate now and then. Don't feel the least bit deprived. I do miss a greasy burger now and then but don't touch them.
I see kids drinking 32 ounce cups of soda every day. That's ridiculous! For one, I'd be peeing like seabisquit all day long.
People who have trouble digesting grains, like celiac sufferers, are a very small percentage of the population. This gluten free craze has jumped the shark.Last edited by The Ref; 02-28-2014, 06:11 PM.
