Sounds like Sproles isn't too happy about being traded, but that chip on his shoulder might help. As long as he doesn't end up acting like a petulant child because of the trade, it's a definite improvement.

RB was such a weakness last few years..

McCoy led the league in rushing attempts last year. The Eagles need to lighten his workload and Sproles is a proven player who is good at several things.

He can get hurt getting out of the hot tub.

He can earn his money more effectively if he spends more time at WR. Since 2010 what has he done at returner that implies he's more important there than at wr? Nothing really. His numbers are fairly unimpressive. All he does as PR right now is increase his chances of taking a hit when he isn't looking.
