  • The important point!

Everyone should take a deep breath and realize what's going on here.

We have a WR that doesn't want to play for the team. It takes several players talking to him to convince him to play "for the good of the team". Why do we want to keep a WR around that doesn't want to play? Nobody here is denying DJax talent. But we all question his heart! How many alligator arms did we see this guy do?? There's no question he's a good WR "when he wants to play". But at this point, I'd say trade him for peanuts and say good riddance. There are always more talents waiting to be filled in the NFL.

you dont know he doesnt want to play for the team. And there arent always more talents. We've been trying to replace Dawk forever.

Dawk has heart and willing to play. DJax doesn't want to play. That's a big difference. You can always replace a player that doesn't want to play for the team.
Jason Avant had to convince Djax to play last season. Guy is a nutcase and his head makes him think he's a giant when in reality, he's a midget.

they would have replaced dawkins but they needed a fastball at DE.

going to give kelly a chance...but if this turns out to be dumb...which it could be...then he gets killed like the FF.

What is this "doesn't want to play" and "had to convince" bs?

He held out during his contract dispute year, which lots of player have done or still do. Does that mean Revis doesn't want to play? During that season, when some say he "quit", he finished with 900+ yards.

          You're in crazy spin mode.

You guys are in denial mode big time. Coop got a 5 year deal so eat it! Guarantee he won't be bitching about more money 2 years in! The damn greed is fucking amazing for these diva types.

Why bring up Cooper? This thread isn't about him. You go on tirade mode when anyone else brings him up.

that's I bring him up...and there are other threads currently bashing Cooper in comparison to Jackson so why not.

                      Serious questions for you.

If they trade DeSean, who does the #1 CB for the other team cover next year? Maclin or Cooper?

Second question…If Cooper has to go against the #1 CB for every opponent next year, what kind of season do you think he can have?

They'll be running it down everyone's throats and pitching screens to Sproles, or any number of other things...you obviously don't respect the Chipper's offensive mind...did you not see the midseason adjustments he made?

If good ol' boy Riley gets hurt, he's hurt, and any production is a credit to his hard work and perseverance to contribute while hurt.

If uppity DeSean gets hurt, he's dogging it, and any lack of production just goes to show he's a diva and a lazy "boy".

I respect Chip immensely. I was one of the first on this board that was clamoring for his hire.

                              Next straw man please.
