      Herman Cain. Berry Gordy.

This is a silly game. Of course it's possible. Vince McMahon started a football league. Most of the money would be borrowed anyway. You could do it with eight teams. And Larry Johnson sure as hell wouldn't be running it. They could make Obama commissioner.

However it's not a socially constructive idea in any way.

There are plenty of owners & groups who could pull it off...you'd need about 16 teams to make it work

        Question:
Would the TV ratings go up or down if the new league was mono-chromatic ?
How would the advertisers react ? Would they buy more or fewer ads for an all-black league ?

Answer those questions and you'll know whether or not a new league is viable.

Without a doubt. But there a lot more things that would go into a league like that. Would those people want to associate themselves with a league that could be seen as equally racist ? As Packwest said, what about advertisers ? What about the reality of going up against the NBA. Getting back to the money, however, I'm curious as to how many of the people we all listed would really be interested in owning a team if a new league would ever form. Most of them have had a lot of money for a long time, yet haven't shown any interest. ironic how in a league that's 70% Black, there's only one Black owner.

              You guys don't get it

Whites do not have a say in what is and what isnt raysis. He who has the power has to suck it up.

So Larry, Michael, Magic, Ice Cube/t, Master P, Jay (5% z), Kevin Hart, Oprah et al. can say what ever they want about the godly makeup of their visionary league and white people just need to shut the f up about it and take it and pay for it of course.

                You are all racists

You can't possibly believe that all rich African Americans are from sports and entertainment. Plus there are often ownership groups. Here is a link to a 2012 list:

What did Sterling say that you have a problem with? Can't he ask his girlfriend not to have her picture taken with certain people?

Why am I a dope? I stated that not all African American who have money are from sports or entertainment industry. And you proved that by listing one. I also linked an article that listed others? So thank you for proving my point.
