I'll be annoyed if they fall out of the top 3, but they're almost certain to get two guys who help right away. There's a chance that next year Thad Young will be their oldest starter by three years at age 26.
I'd love to see them get Wiggins or Parker then Harris with the Pelicans' pick.

Potentially could be the makings of a quasi-dynasty, or they could solidify irrelevance for a generation depending on where they pick and who they pick. Although with Nerlens No-ACL as their center, they could become like Portland in the Roy-Oden days even if they make good picks. Gonna be interesting to see what becomes of the 76ers in the coming years
Front Offices and a little bit of luck truly make or break NBA teams...Last edited by Ground_Meat; 05-06-2014, 09:41 AM.

Portland did (finally) bounce back well, but it took several seasons of sucking to do it. When I started watching basketball they had the longest run of playoff appearances in the league, a streak that started like 10 years before I was born. But beating Houston was the first series win they had since 2000. Gotta strike while the iron's hot, and it probably won't get any hotter for the 76ers. Good draft in the next 2 years and they could have the makings of something special

Like basebore, I lost interest in basketball over a decade ago. It seems the sport of dynasties, which bear no interest from me whatsoever. I like parity. Or at least the illusion that any team can win it all in any given year. And even if your team sucks for now, it's not forever. In the nba it is forever.
