Nice human interest story but mistake. Ellington was rated 13th WR and projected 2nd or 3rd round. Huff 24th, projected 5th round. Chip loves his Ducks.

The problem is determining the actual talent drop-off from 11 to 24 and how they project in a team's offensive system. All it takes is one team to think that a "lower ranked" receiver is a good fit for them, and you're left with your dick in your hand because some arbitrary list had assured you that at least 10 receivers would go before him.
You can look at the Bears and see that they probably look for different types of WR's than say, the Rams.Last edited by Melchior; 05-12-2014, 12:33 PM."If I was racist in my opinion of QB's, I wouldn't have a dog named Donovan." - downundermike

NFP rated Huff higher. He's also bigger. Chip made it clear he covets size with the release of JACCSON.

Not that much bigger either. Ellington is more muscular and athletic. He was the starting point guard on the basketball team for two years.
It was a sentimental pick.Blue Chip College Football - Coach Your College to the National Championship
