10-6. One playoff win.
D will be improved due to experience of young starters, Jenkins, time of possession improvement by offense without D Jax.
Special teams will be improved due to free agent signings and deep kickoffs.
Schedule somewhat tougher assuming they don't continue to play teams while their starting QBs are injured.
Birds were one of the healthiest teams in NFL. Was that due to Kelly's sports science or some luck. It is hard to count on that again.
