Cool. Youre also one of those losers who act like bitches now, but will be saying "I knew it all along" when the plan comes together in 4 years.

I finally stopped being cheap and bought league pass so I can watch the Sixers. Not sure why I didn't do this earlier.“I am going to literally sodomize you on the field of battle. I am going to have non-consensual sex with your face and your butt. Then I’m going after your wife and kid”

However, my guess is that Hinkie expects PGs to be the best available players when he is likely to pick. I've seen a mock draft that suggests that as well.
Since he is in a rebuilding year he might as well get something substantial for MCW now. His value would likely be reduced next year at this time and would steal developmental time from the rookie PG ( think Ryan Howard having to play to get max return but it holds up development of younger players)
The deal for KJ enabled them to get a PG for now and potentially the backup PG of the future. Since he can shoot, he'll be a better compliment to Wroten whose game is getting into the paint. Wroten + MCW did not work since neither can shoot.
This might have been about Wroten vs MCW to some extent. Maybe Hinkie likes Wroten's chances for development better than MCWs.
Grant started hitting 3s and so deserved more time. He is also signed for several years. KJ only had a 1 yr deal. It made sense to get something for him now, especially since they could get a backup PG they like.

I agree Wroten and MCW don't go together well.
I liked the KJ trade. Made sense for Canaan.

Maybe he likes his odds of getting Russell or Mudiay. Most mock drafts have them both in the top 4.
With the Miami pick they could have additional options-- I Taylor, T Rozier, D Wright, although Wright is a Senior.
What happens if the sixers end up the the #1 pick?!
I bet Hinkie takes Okafor and has a trade setup to unload N. Noel for another high pick. I assume they'd get back into the top 10.
Could they package Noel + the another pick to get back into the top 4 and have a chance for one of the PGs?Last edited by Joegrane; 02-25-2015, 11:28 PM.
