This is the rumor:
The Browns trade No. 12 overall, a second (No. 43) and a fifth (No. 147) to Redskins for No. 5 overall. This is a near-perfect exchange (1,700 vs. 1,703 points) according to the NFL draft value chart.
The Browns than send Nos. 5 and 19 to the Titans for No. 2. This also is a near-perfect trade exchange (2,550 vs 2,600 points).
