I was a big Reid fan when he was in Philly even the last 2 dreadful years. But he, like Kelly was left a lot of players from which to build around. Difference was he was left a lot of good players on the defensive side.
Obviously I meant the NFC Championship game. The NFL championship game is called the Super Bowl these days.

Another difference was Reid built around the players he was left. Kelly got rid of them.

So if there were no injuries last year and the Eagles won 11 or 12 games, does Kelly dump Foles and Shady?

I think the trend is what matters. This season will establish that.

Point stands. Kelly's record so far doesn't mean much of anything.
I thought it was Super Bowl or bust. Now you're talking about NFC Championship appearances?

That seems like an arbitrary goal.

Can't get to a Super Bowl without getting to a conference Championship game.

But realistically I think he needs to win the division and a playoff game. I think most people expected that in his third season.
