And a 'story' it would be. Non-fiction wouldn't be an option in that particular instance.

Between Ms Arkansas and Ms. Alabama? Wouldn't that make you Mr. Mississippi?

            This happened last week.

On a flight from Las Vegas to Dallas. The guy across the aisle is a big dude with huge watch, cowboy boots and a Red Sox cap. We get to the runway and he is passed out, the flight attendant notices he does not have his seat belt on and freaks. The guy won't wake up so I have to help her lift him and she gets his belt on. He looked really familiar and I finally asked the FA who he was, I thought maybe a Cowboy. She wished into my ear "he killed Osama Bin Laden." Googled him and it was him, Robert O'Neill wearing the same hat. As we left the plane I said thank you and he gave me a big smile and handshake. Pretty cool.

Ed Rendell I ran into on a platform at Penn Station in NYC. I asked him what his take was for the Eagles for the upcoming season. I think he said 10-6 or something like that. This was early in the Reid (FF) era.

Also me and BirdBrawn ran into Rendell one time at Veterans Stadium.

Sat next to Al Sharpton once from LAX to Philly. It's the first time I ever prayed for my own flight to crash!

pat owns a Pirate museum and restaurant in Key West. Once when my wife & I were visiting, he noticed my Phillies shirt. He pulled up a chair and we talked through our lunch. At the end, he told us the food was on the house. We later saw him riding his bike around the town

Halle Berry on two flights from Lax to Atlanta. This is back in the early 90s when she was with Dave Justice of the Braves.
500 internet fights, that's the number I figured when I first joined igglephans. 500 internet fights and you could consider yourself a legitimate internet-tough guy. You need them for experience, to develop leather skin. So I got started. Of course along the way you stop thinking about being tough and all that. It stops being the point. You get past the silliness of it all. But then...after...you realize that's what you are.

Coolest I ever saw was Joe Frazier. Was literally afraid to say anything to him. I did call him champ though.

Also Bob Saggett and Jerry Falwell.

Jerry Falwell was post 9-11 and security pulled him aside for the full strip search. I remember thinking to myself "does anyone really think this chubby old white guy is a terrorist?"
