cant stand any of the NY teams but as a football fan its hard not to like the Jet Bags. If they were the Eagles we'd love them and not just for the wings on the helmets: tough, smart QB with limeted skills who leads and rarely fucks up, good fundamental team play all around and they find a way to win. I met Donald Trump in 1989 (Facenutz friends have already seen this)

A bunch of my newspaper buddies thought it would be a hoot to attend the Wrestlemania III press conference in Noo Yawk, and that turned out to be a great call.

Trump Plaza was helping to host Wrestlemania at what was then called Convention Hall is AC (now Boardwalk Hall). So Trump ad this big press shindig. All the greats of the then WWF were there: Andre the Giant, Hulk, Bobby the Brain Heenan (who actually sat at our table) and many more.

Trump worked the room like a champ, asking each person "How are you enjoying your lunch?" which was actually a full course streak dinner.

So it gets to the Q&A part and my buddy asks Ted "The Million Dollar Man" DiBiase, "Ted, who is richer, you or Donald Trump?"

This caused DiBiase to stammer and Trump sat there beaming like a proud father.

If you ad told me then that Trump would one day become the GOP nominee for the presidential election, I might have said "yeah...and Jesse "the Body" Ventura will be Governor of Minnesota."
