I'm not a Tebow or Barkley guy BUT if you base it on preseason and effectiveness in Kelly's O Tebow is definitely the better choice. He can make plays in the read option with his legs. There's at least a threat d a keep & run that the DE/OLB has to respect.

I think he offers more potential to Kelly. Not just his running ability but overall. Kelly has had one off-season with Tebow and 3 with Barkley and if Tebow isn't already better he's close enough not to matter.
