Foles turns into a legit franchise QB, I'm going consider going to Taco Bell for the first time and sending a bag of the resulting shit to Jeff Lurie.

Yeah, he had that bad shoulder. I always liked him though. More importantly, his teammates loved him. I think Foles had the respect of the players on the team. Look how Peters went absolutely apeshit in that Foreskins game last year. I'm not saying the team doesn't respect Bradford, but Foles earned it with his toughness."Listen to McCarthy" - Art Vandelay

Yeah, I think some player on another team straight out said that in the media. I don't know what to think about Bradford. You see what he can do when he has time but he wilts under pressure. Foles was always a little dicier with some throws but he was tough as shit and always kept you in the game regardless of how bad he was playing.
Foles had a huge throw yesterday where there was crazy pressure and he just stood there and got KILLED when he delivered the ball. Completion and big play for the Rams. I'm guilty of buying into the Bradford hype but that made me have serious remorse. Bradford probably would have gone to the ground."Listen to McCarthy" - Art Vandelay

I know. It's actually starting to make me sick to think that Kelly made that swap. My gut instinct when it happened was that it was a mistake and I allowed myself to buy in. Basically, the way I feel right now is that we traded an above average qb who is a winner for a high risk-high reward qb who is a loser. Yippee."Listen to McCarthy" - Art Vandelay

Foles was playing just as bad, if not worse, in 2014. OL was comparable to what it is now."If I was racist in my opinion of QB's, I wouldn't have a dog named Donovan." - downundermike

Since 2014 started, this team has been average to downright shitty. They're not a good team. Foles got to ride the wave for half a season before injuries crept in and the rest of the league caught up to what Chip was doing."If I was racist in my opinion of QB's, I wouldn't have a dog named Donovan." - downundermike

Disagree
Foles took the team down the field at the end of that NO game and put them in the lead ... only to watch Sproles bitch slap that shit coverage and then get horse collared by Sconces so the Saints only needed 15 yards to be in FG range.
EDITED TO ADD: Although I can't dispute that the league likely would have "caught up" if Kelly kept Foles and this shit OL.Last edited by slag; 10-05-2015, 10:44 AM.Obscenity is the last refuge of an inarticulate motherfucker.

Please ... Bradford left them with a lead with 10 minutes to go not at the end of the game and then couldn't even run clock, much less score when he got the ball again.
And that's not the subject either.
The subject is Foles.Obscenity is the last refuge of an inarticulate motherfucker.
