I read an interesting article about Kelly and the QB situation in the free USA Today at the hotel in DE yesterday before getting on the road back.

The guy basically said Kelly took a shot at Mariotta and missed when he traded for Bradford.

Then, he wrote that the biggest reason Kelly might leave is the same reason Urban Meyer hit the road, which is that Meyer saw that he was not going to have a franchise QB where he was and wasn't willing to wait to get a chance to draft and/or develop one.

So he split for Alabama where he could recruit 3 the next year.

Well he may have a shot next season becuase it looks like we are going to be drafting pretty high, I am not a super close college follower and do not know all thats coming out but it just looks like not a very good year for franchise qbs.
