I'd be on the Captain Kangaroo Ship if it meant the possibility of winning a Super Bowl. Boy was I wrong about the guy. I was worried about the inexperience, but I bought into the hype.

I was on the Chip Ship. I'll admit it.

I wanted to be all in, but I was always a little reserved. I hoped he had something new and fresh, and I still think he had some good ideas. The takeaway for me is that apparently new and fresh doesn't last very long in the NFL. And Chip's head was too far up his ass to admit (and fix) his limitations. That's the shame of it for me.

This is exactly it. Reid's offense was novel when he first started, too. That's what I have realized as a fan of the NFL - it's not the first move that makes a good offensive coach, it's the second move once the defense has caught up to the first. Good coaches do that, bad ones don't."Listen to McCarthy" - Art Vandelay

Yeah who wasn't, at least at some point
I've always been an optimist, no matter who they bring in. What's the point of being so negative about something you have zero influence and control over? I guess some people just like being miserable their whole lives"I could buy you." - The Village Idiot
