Dougie doesn't require production out of his WRs anyway.
It's a meh move. They've got to replace KKKooper and IntendedforMilesAustin with someone. He's got speed, etc. Maybe make some plays at the #3/#4 receiver.
Most of these moves by HowLo are depth moves. Gives the team a stable of players who are at least NFL competent so they don't HAVE to make some crazy reach or need pick in the draft and hopefully focus on BPA.
There isn't much for impact players in this FA class, so shoring up some depth with guys like Givens, McKelvin, Bradham is about all they can do. Brooks and McLeod are the only loud additions.
Now just need HowLo to unearth a bunch of gems in the draft.
