Direct TV is up to $400+ on the NFL ticket. I haven't missed any Eagles game this season on my Kodi box

      Exactly

There are definitely other things hurting the NFL, but no other single thing directly effects my ability to enjoy a game more than the officiating.
It wasn't too long ago that the "...but there is a flag" call brought a resounding boo. Now, it's practically a given that big returns and big defensive stands will be met with an obligatory flag.

Don't get me started on the flag that comes in late, particularly after an offensive player petitions the officials or when the officials huddle in their feeble attempts at "getting the call right."

After this CTE and the movie by Will Smith there is a flag on every other play

I think they are mutually exclusive

Unless you are talking about hits to the head or with the head.

          Before-flags were a shock

Today-the absence of a flag is a shock

You are correct as of the point of it, I mean that Cam Newton concussion game was atrocious. I think Goodell is the main problem on a lot of the issues that is converting over to the NFL, especially social issues.

I turn on the television to watch a NFL game, and I get James Brown on CBS giving me a 30 min lecture about domestic violence because of Ray Rice, its a complete turn off
