    His godawful production is definitely on him. Alshon Jeffrey is on a bad team and he produces. Same with Jarvis Landry.

      The Eagles offered a fifth so they thought he was worth the money. More than just a guy. Of course he's not Jeffreys. But Jeffreys makes twice as much.

      It comes down to Howie trying to look tough on picks.
