IMHO, i think any mechanical issues he has in his throw are from rushing and due to lack of confidence in the OLine. I don't remember him sailing the ball as much early in the season when he had protection.
An argument could be made that a quicker release would help that so it is the same throwing motion regardless of being rushed or not.
He definitely has happy feet and as a result, is sailing his throws and other crappy mechanics.
