Whine all you want, Gomer's earned another year. Considering the lack of talent - especially with the loss of Johnson - he did a solid job. Kept the team together through the Huff situation, the Jenkins silly protest, all the crap. I think its amazing they are still playing this hard. To have reversed the Chump fiasco in a season is impressive.

He's far from perfect and unlikely to win a Super Bowl but the right guy for now. The team respects him. He might even get better.
